Jack runs the kitchen at Oh! Banh Mi every day. With years of experience across Melbourne’s F&B industry in some of Melbourne’s top kitchens, he brought a different way of thinking about Vietnamese bánh mì — focused on balance rather than volume. He’s the reason the recipe changed in 2022, and the reason it keeps improving everyday.

Co-owner & Brand Operations

Duc works in the background — building the systems, branding, finance and governance that allow Oh! Banh Mi to grow without losing what makes it worth coming back to. His belief in doing things properly keeps the standard consistent across both Melbourne CBD locations.
